Responsibilities:
- Requesting rates from overseas agents, airlines and local service providers.
- Compiling relevant rates for agents and local customers
- Do estimate and send via CW1 to customer (import, export, cross trade and all Inco terms)
- Possess a good understanding of import/export procedures.
- Handle customer queries regarding the estimate done.
- Handle some forwarding aspects on selected shipments.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years in airfreight estimating/operations.
- Good understanding of import/export procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- CargoWise experience beneficial (training provided if needed).
