Tracking of sales team KPI’s
Collating call planners weekly
Maintaining and updating of special rate lists
Handling of client rate reduction requests
Trade promotion
Occasional visits to customers
Account allocations on Cargowise
Annual and ad-hoc updating of customer landsides
Handling of sales executive and customer queries
